At Secret7Candles.co.uk, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@secret7candles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or partially burned candles cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@secret7candles.co.uk and we’ll arrange this for you.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
To return your product, you should mail it to us.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless it was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
